Next Session: In Search of Magic - September 25, 2021 at 8pm Central European Time
This is an online discussion group for those who have participated in my past life study (taken 10 sessions).
During these sessions, we will exchange information: I will talk about the thoughts and theories prompted by the sessions, while participants will be invited to share their experiences and compared it with others. |
Dedication and Intention:
The work is dedicated to all those humans who are in search for a deeper understanding of the ultimate nature of reality and our place in the universe. The intention behind conducting this study is to serve the evolution of consciousness, by unlocking the forces that overcome suffering and ignorance, creating happiness for the benefit of all sentient beings.
Modules:
1. Moving into the New Paradigm
If we want to explore reincarnation in a more scientific or academic way, the currently ruling materialist paradigm is of little use. We must find new assumptions, as well as a new methodology to be able to study phenomena that are currently anomalies (such as so-called near-death, and out-of-body experiences, as well as memories of past lives).
How can we move away from a world-view that considers life to be random and our existence on Earth ultimately meaningless? What if we assumed that consciousness, not matter was fundamental to the existence of reality?

2. The Reincarnational World-View
In the consciousness-based paradigm cases of "anomaly" in which consciousness continues to exist without the physical body become possible. If we open up our world-view to the multidimensional aspects of existence, and study all the available cases of temporary-death and out-of-body experiences, we can see our existence as an unfolding spiraling circle of eternal lives and eternal deaths. At the end of each life, consciousness continues in an in-between-lives-state (an ineffable time of assessment and planning) before it is reborn into a new life (to gain new experiences).
What is the meaning of our lives? What is the reason for us being born into individual lives and what kind of missions did we come to fulfill?

3. Past Life Regression Therapy
In this session, we explore the methods and techniques of regression therapy, including the typical elements of a retrocognitive interview. Furthermore, we will see how regression therapy can be used in conjunction with future life progression to "connect the dots" on the individual evolutionary path.
What can we gain from exploring our karmic past? How can we discover and alter the patterns that govern our lives so that we can step up onto our highest path?

4. Archetypal Patterns in Past Life SessionsThis may be the most interesting part of our discussion, when individual past life materials will be discussed. The session transcripts that came out of the past life study are voluminous, and it has been a challenge to find a system for organizing them. The succession of past lives is evolutionary in its nature, thus it is tempting to think along developmental lines (for instance, using spiral dynamics or a hierarchical chakra system). However, in practice karmic material may come up in seemingly chaotic, rather entangled, and organic ways so that the main topic to work with needs to be unraveled first. Therefore, it makes sense to search for archetypal patterns that highlight the nature of the individual quest.
What are the karmic issues deriving from a personal past? How do these issues correspond with current life challenges, future life potentials, and even collective influences? |
5. Shadow Work in Past Life Therapy
In our past, as well as in our present there is psychic material we do not allow to surface into our conscious awareness. It forms the shadow: censored content that is regarded unacceptable (for being evil) or unfulfilled potential (the "golden shadow"). Shadow material arises from past life sessions both on the individual as well as the collective level (for instance, as memories of the Holocaust). Working with this shadow material can be very challenging, but also offers the greatest opportunity for reconciliation and positive change. We always work through shadow material in a positive way (e.g. by reframing guilt into a learning experience). One powerful antidote to the dark and heavy work presented by the shadow, is finding resource lives (past karmic experiences that allow access to positive beliefs, powerful energies, and personal strengths).
What is hiding in our unconscious that we consider too evil to bring into the light, or that we have suppressed for too long to even remember it? How can we turn our darkest traits into new strength, and how can we reconnect with our highest personal power?

6. Moving into the Unknown
Those of us who work with multidimensional experiences, often come in contact with the ineffable. Sometimes, we make experiences that seem to be from beyond the outer edges of human experience (that is no longer accessible to the brain). In this session we explore the confrontation with the unknown and the unknowable, as well as working with energetic patterns directly.
How do we make sense of experiences that we had but we can neither put into words nor process with our brain? How can we move beyond the verbal and the rational to integrate experiences that are valuable but difficult to process through our usual faculties?

7. How to Remember Past Lives?
The final module contains ideas about how one can explore past lives on their own, and establish an ongoing connection with a higher self perspective. The most valuable attitude that can be gained from past life exploration is an awareness of the eternal. Candidates begin to view their present life in the light of multidimensional existence - and that is no longer merely a therapeutic experience but an initiation into the eternal mysteries of life and death.
