Finding a Hidden Theater DreamAs a child, I often day-dreamed about finding some golden key that would open a secret door... leading to a cosy little theater stage, hidden on the attic.
As it turned out, my friend Mira Orsolya Végh had the golden key! She had written a mono-drama about karmic fate, forgiveness, and reconciliation that was just waiting to be performed. Since it was impossible, in the current world going slightly mad, to perform it on a big stage, we decided to take it to a tiny, occult space - not quite on an attic, but the Yoga Room at Chris' Link4Growth BP HQ we transformed with light and shadow, creative prompts and candle magic into a sacred room worthy for a mystery play. It all came alive when Asha Quinn joined our friendly little production team with his magical music. The more I listen to him, the more enchanted I become: it is a true treasure in our troubled times who have those who can create art/music that can connect us with the higher realms. When the Past and the Future Meet |
We had joy and fun while rehearsing and putting the show together: that is the beauty of Mira's theater project: it reawakened a type of creativity usually only inherent in childhood. At the same time, these type of ideas are pointing into the future. A very specific type of future that allows us to bypass recent restrictions, reawakening the tradition of mystery schools that work in midst of every type of human chaos. Just like the play itself which starts in Ancient Persia and Egypt and ends in modern day Hungary, it illustrates that the human soul evolves - and evolves always - no matter the outside circumstances.
