Transpersonal Origins of Gender-Diverse Identities:
|

This new study explores the hypothesis that transgender and non-binary identities, as well as intersex births, may have their origin in experiences from previous lifetimes. The same is to be explored with people who have lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer and other non-mainstream sexual orientations.
The research is conducted within the reincarnationist paradigm, based on two primary assumptions:
1) Consciousness is primary and independent of matter, and
2) evolves over a series of lifetimes.

Here, it is argued that the theory of reincarnation should be taken seriously in transpersonal academic research to understand the purpose and nature of human lives. Since the groundbreaking studies of Stevenson, Tucker, and others into the memories of children who remember past lives and the therapeutic benefits of past life regression sessions, reincarnation must no longer remain in the realm of religion but be subjected to academic and therapeutic research.
The Evolutionary Aspect of Gender and Sexual Identities
Past Life Regression sessions connect us to lives before we were born: They take us out of our limited, 'skin-encapsulated ego' realities and connect us to the transpersonal realm. By getting to know these stories, we can observe how our consciousness evolves - through the experience of various lives, various challenges, and various gender identities.
The famous Swiss psychiatrist, C. G. Jung, pointed out that the psyche, on the way towards individuation, is learning the gender qualities of the entire spectrum. He introduced the concepts of anima, the female part of the psyche a man must integrate, and animus, the male part of the psyche a woman is called to integrate. His ideas reach back to spiritual alchemy, where the hermaphrodite, who unites feminine and masculine qualities, is seen as the pinnacle of spiritual wholeness.
Can an ambiguous, morphing, or shifting gender identity be the sign of an evolutionary step?

The Objectives of the Study
The aim is to understand not only the biological and psychological aspects of gender, but also its spiritual background. Transgender identities, spiritually seen, could be - instead of a problem to be fixed - a richness and resource waiting to be explored and embraced.
How to Participate
This project could be for you, if:
- your gender and/or sexual identity transcends binary boundaries, and
- you are open to spiritual ideas and curious about your karmic past
- to deepen your identity, heal wounds, and find new resources
- in order to find the highest path in your life.
If you want to learn and gain a whole different perspective on any aspect of your gender and/or sexual identity, please get in touch. Within this study, we are looking for participants who can commit to taking seven sessions (up to 2h each), which include past life regressions, future life progressions, and therapeutic tools specifically aligned to your best service.
In return for this commitment, these sessions are offered at a discounted price.

The FrameworkYou won't be "experimented on," as the methods used in this research are tried and tested, but you will be asked to
☼ commit for seven sessions, ☼ on a regular (ideally weekly) basis, ☼ and give feedback on how the sessions affect your life and knowledge about yourself. Any publication of the results resulting from this study will be completely anonymous and your personal details will always be kept confidential. Before you commit to participating in the study, we will have a (free) informal consultation session where you can ask any questions before deciding whether this is right for you. |
