The next meeting of the Reincarnation Café will be on
Sunday, February 2, 2025 at 7 pm CET
The topic is COURAGE.
This time, it will be a live event in Budapest, in the Castle District, Toldy Ferenc utca. For the exact address and to register, please send a message.
Like on our previous occasions, all of us curious souls will get together in a cosy virtual setting, to explore the great questions of life: Where do we come from? What can we learn from the karmic past? How can we set ourselves on our highest future path?
This year, our sessions at the Café will be themed around the "Great C's of Character"
(inspired by James daSilva), virtues beginning with the letter 'C' that are worth cultivating during our journey through the cycles of life and death.
Compassion: Demonstrating caring and empathy towards others.
Courage: Facing challenges and fears with bravery.
Confidence: Believing in oneself and one's place in the world.
Curiosity: A desire to learn and understand that helps to overcome anything.
Creativity: Thinking outside the box and transforming pain into beauty.
Commitment: Being dedicated and persistent in pursuing one's life mission.
Conscientiousness: Being disciplined, careful, and vigilant in one's actions.
Community: Contributing positively to society and the world.
The February session will be on 'COURAGE' - the courage we cultivate not in the absence of fear, but in our commitment to love and compassion.
- What is spiritual courage?
- When and how does courage emerge?
- What was your bravest act in the past or in the present?
- What would you like to be your next act of courage to be?
- What can you tell others to motivate them to become more brave?
Looking forward to seeing you there!

Our Experiences with the Christos Technique - |
Budapest, December 16, 2023

Read here about our experiences during this experimental life workshop.
At the Reincarnation Café we have a monthly online discussion group for those who are interested in remembering past lives, want to find out more about reincarnation, and share their experiences with others.
During these online sessions, we exchange information: What can we learn from accessing past life memories? What happens when we connect the dots of the past, the present, and the future... |
Dedication and Intention:The work is dedicated to all those humans who are in search for a deeper understanding of the ultimate nature of reality and our place in the universe. The intention behind our group is to serve the evolution of consciousness, help to overcome ignorance and suffering, and unlock the forces that create happiness for the benefit of all sentient beings.

Moving into the New Paradigm
If we want to explore reincarnation in a more scientific or academic way, the currently ruling materialist paradigm is of little use. We must find new assumptions, as well as a new methodology to be able to study phenomena that are currently anomalies (such as so-called near-death, and out-of-body experiences, as well as memories of past lives).
How can we move away from a world-view that considers life to be random and our existence on Earth ultimately meaningless? What if we assumed that consciousness, not matter, was the ultimate foundation of reality?

The Reincarnational World-View
If we open up our world-view to the multidimensional aspects of existence and study memories of past lives, we can see our existence as an unfolding spiraling circle of eternal lives and eternal deaths. At the end of each life, consciousness continues in an in-between-lives-state (a time of assessment and planning) before it is reborn into a new life (to gain new experiences).
What is the meaning of our lives? What is the reason for us being born into individual lives and what kind of missions did we come to fulfill? |
Past Life Regression Therapy
In our sessions, we explore the methods and techniques of regression therapy, including the typical elements of a retrocognitive interview. Furthermore, we will see how regression therapy can be used in conjunction with future life progression to 'connect the dots' on the individual evolutionary path.
What can we gain from exploring our karmic past? How can we discover and alter the patterns that govern our lives so that we can step up onto our highest path?

Archetypal Patterns in Past Life SessionsThis may be the most interesting part of our discussion, when individual past life materials will be discussed. The succession of past lives are evolutionary in its nature, thus it is tempting to think along developmental lines (for instance, using spiral dynamics or a hierarchical chakra system). However, in practice karmic material may come up in seemingly chaotic, rather entangled, and organic ways - so that we often have to search for the 'Leitmotiv,' a main topic to work. Archetypes and archetypal patterns help to highlight the nature of the individual quest.
What are the karmic issues deriving from a personal past? How do these issues correspond with current life challenges, future life potentials, and even collective influences? |
Shadow Work in Past Life Therapy

In our past, as well as in our present there is psychic material we do not allow to surface into our conscious awareness. It forms the shadow. It can be censored content that is regarded unacceptable (for being evil) or unfulfilled potential (the 'golden shadow'). Shadow material arises from past life sessions both on the individual as well as the collective level (for instance, as memories of the Holocaust). Working with this shadow material can be very challenging, but also offers the greatest opportunity for reconciliation and positive change. We always work through shadow material in a positive way (e.g. by reframing guilt and other negative emotions into learning experiences). One powerful antidote to the dark and heavy work presented by the shadow, is finding resource lives (past karmic experiences that allow access to positive beliefs, powerful energies, and personal strengths).
What is hiding in our unconscious that we consider too evil to bring into the light, or that we have suppressed for too long to even remember it? How can we turn our darkest traits into new strength, and how can we reconnect with our highest personal power?

Moving into the Unknown
Those of us who work with multidimensional experiences, often come in contact with the ineffable. Sometimes, we may have experiences that seem to come from beyond the outer edges of human experience (which are no longer accessible to the brain but can only be felt).
How do we make sense of experiences that we had but we can neither put into words nor process with our brain? How can we move beyond the verbal and the rational to integrate experiences that are valuable but difficult to process through our usual faculties?

How to Remember Past Lives?
The final module contains ideas about how one can explore past lives on their own, and establish an ongoing connection with the Higher Self perspective. The most valuable attitude that can be gained from past life exploration is an awareness of the eternal. Those of us who study past lives begin to view their present life in the light of multidimensional existence - and that is no longer merely a therapeutic experience but an initiation into the eternal mysteries of life and death.
