Personal Training Sessions
Zenith offers an incredibly powerful option to combine mind programming (hypnotherapy and NLP) techniques with a personal training regime to help you achieve your fitness and weight loss goals.

All one to one sessions at Zenith are tailored individually, allowing for a steadily progressing, yet versatile training program. For example, if you are a gym member, you can receive a gym program to complement your personal training session, else the training is largely gym-less. It's not only a fitness, but a learning experience, for you will learn those exercises which you can do at home or on the go, to effectively train yourself as life goes on. There is great emphasis on core stability, balanced-out muscle training (as opposed to only working the major muscle groups, which often happens in a gym setting), as well as on cardiovascular fitness, body balance and mind-body harmony. You will also receive personal counselling regarding your lifestyle, eating habits and weight loss options.
Before you come to your first personal training session, in doubt, please ensure you check with the doctor to make sure it's safe for you to start a new exercise regime. Also, please make sure you fill out a 'Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire' before you begin your first session, which allows your trainer to know about any issues of health concern.
